Viele Jahre war Marcel Weiß als Futtermeister unter den Trainern Heinz Jentzsch, Uwe Ostmann und Jens Hirschberger als Mann in zweiter Position tätig. Seit dem 01.11.2019 ist Marcel Weiß als Trainer für die Pferde des Gestüts Auenquelle am Stall Diana zuständig.
